Life is busy. Demanding schedules and obligations leave us drained with no time or energy to foster the things that bring us real joy. If we are not careful, we can start to lose touch with the part of ourselves made for creating, and not just getting things done. That is why we are inviting you and your favorite people to The Lakeside Craft Retreat.
The Lakeside Craft Retreat is a well-appointed lakefront home set in a peaceful and serene setting on beautiful Lake Hartwell.

✦ Ample space and accommodations for up to 15 people for sleeping and crafting
✦All crafts welcomed. Large open craft room.
✦$1950 (no other fees) for Check-in of 12:00 pm Thursday to Check-out of Sunday at 12:00 pm *New Checkout time
$350 each additional night $3000 for a week
✦ Conveniently located near Lavonia and Hartwell GA, as well as Clemson and Anderson SC.
Retreat House
Our lakefront property has:
â—† 5 bedrooms equipped with comfortable beds and linens enough to sleep 15
â—† 4 full bathrooms
â—† Well-equipped kitchen for all your meal making needs
â—† Plenty of spaces to relax comfortably such as the living room, the daybed on the screened porch or the porch swings on our covered front porch.
â—† Comfortable spaces for hand sewing, knitting, etc with extra lighting.
â—† The work room has plenty of electricity for sewing machines, computers, irons, lighting and WIFI enough for everyone.
â—† Outdoor activities such as kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake, sitting by a bonfire, hiking at Tugaloo State Park, Hartwell State Park or take in the beauty of the Taccoa Waterfalls.
â—† The area has great antique shopping or you can visit the shop the cute downtown areas of Lavonia, Taccoa, Hartwell, Clemson, Anderson or a little farther is our favorite town Greenville SC. We are also located near the Tanger Outlet Malls in Commerce, GA.
Workspace
◼︎The room is lit with bright daylight lighting as well as natural lighting with great views of the lake!
◼︎There is plenty of crafting space and ergonomic seating
◼︎Each crafter has a 5-feet sturdy table each with a Haworth ergonomic, adjustable chair, extra lighting, trash bin and a cup holder.
◼︎ 2 counter height cutting tables,
◼︎ 2 extra-large and sturdy ironing boards with irons and many design walls.
◼︎ A ramp from the driveway to the workroom makes it easy to bring your supplies to the workroom with our provided carts... no stairs!
◼︎ There is a kitchenette with a refrigerator and coffee station for your convenience.
